Chef Brett McKee premieres spring menu at Eli’s Table

This week, Chef Brett McKee premiered his updated spring menu at Eli’s Table. The menu still has most of the dishes that started out on the dinner menu, but has added new seasonal additions to the menu like Panzanella salad – a Tuscan inspired salad of tomatoes, bread, cucumbers, onion and basil tossed in vinaigrette dressing.

Other offerings include some of the dinner items Brett’s guests have requested of him – including his lobster macaroni and cheese and his six layer chocolate cake with mocha butter cream icing and chocolate ganache.

Join us this weekend on the patio for the Oscar Rivers Trio on both Friday and Saturday evenings. Live music begins at 8 p.m and goes until 11 p.m. Stop in for dinner or come by for one of our amazing desserts with coffee or your favorite after dinner drink. Starting next Thursday, March 29th Gino Castillo will be featured every Thursday night at Eli’s Table. Visit our Facebook events page to RSVP and share the information with your friends, but if you want to make dinner reservations for the evening, please call the restaurant at 843-405-5115 or make your reservation on Open Table.

Eli’s Table receives great reviews from bloggers too

For those of you who are either locals or frequent visitors to Charleston, you probably know that Eli’s Table took over Joseph’s Restaurant’s old location. Joseph’s had a contingency of loyal fans and we have great respect for their love of Joseph’s and what it was. We wanted to keep a similar feel to Eli’s while improving the building, patio and eventually, adding a dinner menu  (more news on that next week!).

We’d like to give a  nod to few bloggers who have taken the time to blog about their experience at Eli’s Table and to thank them for their reviews.

Chucktown Foodie visited Eli’s back in the fall and blogged about us on his blog, Chucktown Foodie.

And Liz of the blog, Confessions of a Former Couch potato blogged about us in October when she thought she was heading to Joseph’s!

Thanks – and we hope you’ll be back to try Eli’s Table for dinner. We plan to divulge our dinner menu next week.
