Chef Brett McKee premieres spring menu at Eli’s Table

This week, Chef Brett McKee premiered his updated spring menu at Eli’s Table. The menu still has most of the dishes that started out on the dinner menu, but has added new seasonal additions to the menu like Panzanella salad – a Tuscan inspired salad of tomatoes, bread, cucumbers, onion and basil tossed in vinaigrette dressing.

Other offerings include some of the dinner items Brett’s guests have requested of him – including his lobster macaroni and cheese and his six layer chocolate cake with mocha butter cream icing and chocolate ganache.

Join us this weekend on the patio for the Oscar Rivers Trio on both Friday and Saturday evenings. Live music begins at 8 p.m and goes until 11 p.m. Stop in for dinner or come by for one of our amazing desserts with coffee or your favorite after dinner drink. Starting next Thursday, March 29th Gino Castillo will be featured every Thursday night at Eli’s Table. Decadent chocolate cake is the newest menu item at Eli’s Table

Chef Brett McKee's   Are you a choc-o-holic? Does your sweet tooth ache for decadent desserts? Do you plan your meals so that you always have room for dessert?

If any or all of the above are true, be sure to come into Eli’s Table for dinner soon. After polling some of his fans on his personal Facebook page, Chef Brett McKee has permanently added a sinfully good, 6 layer chocolate cake with mocha butter cream icing to the dessert menu at Eli’s Table. Add a shot of ice cold milk and you have a dessert worthy of the most devout chocolate fan.

And, if you are thinking about coming into Eli’s this weekend, don’t forget we have jazz on the patio every Friday and Saturday evening from 8 to 11 p.m. The weather outlook is perfect this weekend and the Oscar Rivers band will be entertaining our guests both nights. We’re excited to announce Chef Brett McKee will be holding a wine pairing dinner with Laurence Vuelta of Malibu Family Vineyards. Vuelta will host the evening while Chef Brett McKee showcases his culinary talents with a four course menu paired with wine from the SaddleRock Vineyard and the Semler Winery. Duda Lucena featured musician at Eli’s Table this Friday night

Duda Lucena to appear at Eli's Table  Join us at Eli’s Table this Friday night for the musical stylings of Brazilian musician Duda Lucena. Lucena, singer and composer from Pernambuco (Recife, Brazil) “creates exquisite, romantic music, reminiscent of all the great Brazilian vocalists of the sixties who first introduced the rest of the world to Brazil’s unique sound, but with a modern freshness and originality,” wrote MARILYN M. GRAHAM, music critic for Destino magazine in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Lucena has performed in a variety of venues, theaters, festivals, and nightclubs, playing his own original muxic. Locally, Lucena has played at the Footlight Players Theatre, Charleston Music Hall, Piccolo Spoleto, and the Charleston Jazz Society to name a few.

Patio dining at Eli's TableEli’s Table is growing and we couldn’t be more excited. Our first Valentine’s dinner was an overwhelming success and we’d like to thank all of the guests who dined with us on this special evening.

Eli’s Table was recognized this week for its beautifully designed menus on the art blog, the Art of the Menu. The blog is owned by UnderConsideration.com and recognizes beautifully designed menus from around the globe – Charleston, SC to Bondi Beach, Australia. Eli’s Table’s menus were featured on Valentine’s Day and we’d like to congratulate our graphic designers, Lisa Mosow and Jonathan Keller for designing these beautiful menus.

Did you know – Eli’s Table features live jazz? Join us this Friday and every Friday for jazz on the patio at Eli’s Table. Every Friday night from 8 pm to 11 pm, the Oscar Rivers Trio will play on the patio as long as the weather allows.
