Summer Cocktails & More!

Is it us, or is the energy in Charleston off the charts right now? From Spoleto to graduations and vacation, our city is booming with activity, and we can’t get enough of it!

As for us?  We’re staying busy at Eli’s Table. Last weekend, we unveiled two new summer cocktails: The Blueberry Margarita and White Peach Sangria. We’re pleased to report they were a big hit, so look for them on our Happy Hour selection from 5-7pm. Or, tune in to Lowcountry Live tomorrow at 10am and watch Chef Brett McKee and one of our amazing bartenders make the delicious libations live.

In other news, we have both a Wine and a Vegan dinner on the books for June! More on that later…

Eli’s Table talks vegetarian dishes, Valentine’s Day and jazz

Chefs Steve Jankowski and Brett McKee appeared on Lowcountry Live yesterday to showcase one of the restaurant’s best selling vegetarian dishes – cauliflower steak over roasted tomato and basil sauce with eggplant caponata. Eli’s Table features several vegetarian dishes to serve both vegetarians and those looking for lighter options when dining out. Eli’s offers several vegetarian options, including eggplant parmesan and grilled marinated portabella steak.

Chef McKee also reminded viewers about Eli’s Valentine’s dinner. Reservations are still available, but they are booking up fast. Be sure to call and make your reservation today – or visit Open Table to choose what time you would like to come in.

 


Eli’s Table appears on Lowcountry Live

If you missed it yesterday, Chef Steven Jankowski and Chef Brett McKee appeared on Lowcountry Live to promote Eli’s Table and their new dinner service. Steve prepared the coriander encrusted salmon over lemon herb quinoa, one of Eli’s more popular dinner items while Brett discussed the new dinner service and the different dishes Eli’s offers and how the menu was developed.
