Chefs Steve Jankowski and Brett McKee appeared on Lowcountry Live yesterday to showcase one of the restaurant’s best selling vegetarian dishes – cauliflower steak over roasted tomato and basil sauce with eggplant caponata. Eli’s Table features several vegetarian dishes to serve both vegetarians and those looking for lighter options when dining out. Eli’s offers several vegetarian options, including eggplant parmesan and grilled marinated portabella steak.
